When you cruise with us, the boat is entirely yours.
The most popular Fjord cruise from Bergen is to Mostraumen / Modalen. This will introduce you to spectacular views and the opportunity to take a shore excursion in the local village. If you'd rather cruise in the Hardangerfjord, we can pick you up at the hotel in Bergen and drive you in our VIP car to Hardanger, where the boat is ready to take you on a spectacular tour of the fjords.
We cruise to villages or fjords, for waterfalls and amazing nature, or you may try fishing. We also combine tours with yacht + VIP car, to take you to the Folgefonna glacier, or waterfalls. We can tailor the tour so that we stop for lunch or dinner at a restaurant by the Fjord. There are many attractions we can stop at, for example; Baroniet in Rosendal (Manor from 1665), Folgefonna glacier or one of the many waterfalls the fjords have to offer.
You can book the yacht for some hours or several days, it all depends on what you want to experience. You can either book pre-tailord tours (Booking page )or customize your cruise together with us. If you decide to tailor your experience, we provide fjord-cruising and waterfalls, fishing or transport between your hotel and Bergen. We'll plan together with you, and show you the best the Fjords can offer, with a local captain.
"M/Y Iselina Bella" has a salon inside, lounge on aft deck, and on top (flybridge). 3 cabins and two bathrooms. The boat is certified for 12 persons, Cruising speed is 6 - 22 knots. Refreshments are included. Lunch can be ordered at a good local restaurant along the fjord.

is equipped as required by regulation from Norwegian Maritime Authority: https://lovdata.no/dokument/SF/forskrift/2020-01-14-63?q=12%20eller%20f%C3%A6rre%20passasjerer Telenor Maritim radio. This means that the boat has liferaft, CE marked lifejackets, extra VHF radio with DSC, lifebuoy, Pyrotechnical equipment, fire extinguishers in all rooms, and Safety management System as required by regulation. All captains are certified according to IMO STCW 78. The boat is CE approved for 14 persons + luggage. The boat is insured with charter-insuranse, for coverage of boat, passengers, and injuries to 3. parts up to MNOK 30. Safety brief is given at start of every trip.

We will always be supportive and helpful to our partners and guests, and find the best possible itineraries for cruise, activities, hospitality, and need for local supplies and service.
However some issues are not in our control, and we need to have the following conditions.
CANCELLATIONS:
If the customer cancel the charter 21 days or more prior to the commencement of the charter it will be given 100 % refund.
If cancellation is made 20 –11 days before the commencement of the charter there will be given 75% refund.
A cancellation 10 – 5 days before the commencement of the charter is subject to a 25% refund.
Cancellations 4 days or later prior to the commencement of the charter, no refund will be given, and the cruise must be paid in full.

If the captain based on weather conditions (winds/sea etc.), have to cancel the cruise for the safety of passengers, following policy will apply:

If the cancellation is informed before the cruise starts: 100% refund.

If decision of cancellation is made during the trip (you have already used some services): Only the fee of the services/ cruise carried out will be charged, and we will refund remain amount.
If any technical conditions of the boat or equipment makes it impossible or unsafe to start or continue the cruise, the captain may cancel (rest of) the cruise. In such cases we will refund the cost of the remaining cruise.

We will always be available to help our customers to solve any problem that may arise during their cruise. We will always act with honesty and transparency at all times.
